LiveAligned360™ is a proprietary coaching framework designed by Dr. Bobbie Murray. It guides clients through a 3-phase journey:  Self-Discovery, Alignment, and Action & Integration - helping them live with purpose, grow with clarity, and lead from within.

Both! We offer virtual coaching, consulting, and digital resources, as well as in-person workshops and strategic sessions upon request. This flexibility allows us to support clients across the U.S. and internationally.

Our youth programs are designed for students in grades 5 through 12, with coaching tailored by developmental stage. We also support college-age students (18–26) through our self-discovery and career alignment tools.

We use a variety of evidence-based tools, including the Strong Interest Inventory®, Emotional Intelligence Inventory (EQ-i 2.0), Clifton Strengths®, and MBTI®. Assessment selection is customized based on client needs.
